Our Product

• NYLON

  Nylon is the most common synthetic fiber in the industrial production of products. Nylon not only has a similar silk hand feel to luster, but also has good water absorption, easy to clean and stain.
  
  Nylon has high strength, less heat transfer, and lower tension resistance. Yaw Liamy nylon fabrics are also blended with synthetic textile to make up for this shortcoming.
  
  Nylon fibers are made of thiamine caprolactam (CPL) by melt spinning. Due to nylon fiber is flexibility, elastic recovery, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance and UV resistance are good; and moisture absorption (moisture regain: 4.0%) plus light weight (1.14 specific gravity) are better than other fiber.

• POLY

  Polyester (PET) polyester fiber divided into polyester filament, polyester cotton, pure terephthalic acid (PTA), and ethylene glycol (EG) as raw material, through esterification and polymerization to form the polyester pellets or direct spun into cotton beam.
  
  POLY is durable, not easy to wrinkle, shrink, cause allergies, and mold. The color is saturated, and the color is more colorful with the sublimation transfer. The fabric of POLY has a smooth surface, has a fine linen feel, and has good durability.Textile technology adds functionality to the yarn, from moisture wicking, deodorization, and cooling. It can be produced into bright satin or cotton-like fabrics.
  
  Poly yarn: fluffy, not easy to wrinkle, shrink-proof, strong, durable, good dyeability, easy to dry, good hand feeling.Poly can be spun into Poly Spun or mixed with other fibers to woven into cotton-like cloth, or it can be woven with other fibers into cloth.

• CODURA

  Cordura is INVISTA's high-strength yarn, it can be divided into high-strength nylon series and polyester series, from ultra-light fabrics to thick and heavy fabrics.   Yaw Liamy develops high-quality and friendly materials, and obtains yarn weaving from waste plastics from the oceans of Taiwan, the United States, Vietnam, and China. The recycling process is recorded by OceanCycle and provides certification.

• Fishing Net Recycled Nylon Fiber

  According to statistics in 2019, there are 60% of seabed garbage are discarded fishing nets and fishing gear, which may cause death of fish, whales, and turtles.
  
  Yaw Liamy wanted to provide a way to save the ocean, and to use discarded fishing nets for recycle fabrics. In order to reduce the pollution and harm of fishing nets to the ocean, the first phase of the project is toward southern waters of Taiwan. We will expand the project to other places in the future.

• Solution Yarn
